Teenage years are a very confusing and dangerous time; filled with temptation, curiosity, and the risk of getting involved in unhealthy habits. One of the most troubling things for a parent is discovering and/or dealing with a teen that gets involved with drugs, alcohol, gangs, running away, or even has sexual identity issues.... So some of parent need to be aware of their children and try to protect their teen from making serious mistakes by placing limits on the adolescent's outside activities because they believe that is the reason can lead their child to get involve with all those things... But some parent are over-controled by trying to keep their child on the right track, but it end up with nothing, and still, their children are finally spoiled. These circumstances not only require a special touch, but also need a deep level of understanding. Only by first knowing “why” can they truly tackle the problem head on, and work towards a solution.
What do you think about this problem? What should we do to preserve any brother or sister of us who is reaching their puberty? Should we still more concern about it when they said they are matured enough to know exactly what the right or wrong is?

It is mainly due to the permissiveness, social insecurity and undone law.
Permissiveness : Parent allow their childs to go wildfree at school. Just look at how parents buy motobikes for their less-than-15-years-old or around-that child, with motobikes, where would they go besides school? And, it is not only about the motobikes, but I believe mainly due to the face that parents care more on works while leaving control over their kids.
Social Insecurity : Because of that, some parent tends to impose excessive protective measures onto their childs. Can be mental, better re-consider.
Undone Law : Kids can "erase" their school absent records now... what's the deal? Corruption of coures.

Oh... there is no any effective solution for them at the moment. Currently, MANY, very MANY, young people are infected with this disease. You see, I sometimes happen to drive my car on the road in noon time and see many students in student uniform riding along the road as if they don't have school at all. And it is MANY, very MANY.
But, at lease, we can try to prevent, or slow, or loosen the situation. But all are government-related, school-related, and teacher-related.
Governemnt-related: Come on, student in student uniform are on the roads in school-time, you should tell the police to check.
School-related: Do you observe your students well?
Teacher-related: Stop receiving "bribing" from your student.

You missed one point Denith! I think first of all, we gotta start from Family-related! It's the starting point which Im about to think what we should do with our own brother or sister!

Family-related alternatives? Don't you see? The family don't care anymore... they set the birds free. If you know what I mean.

But the main solutions must be started from FAMILY, dude! The problems come out from where, we have to work out from there!

Okay, I agree the point. So, are we gonna tell the parents to stop buying motorbikes for their children?

Coz motorbike is part of today teenage problems, and also a beginning.
To consider, due to the fact that most teenagers are going to school on their own, they are free to go somewhere unnoticed and undetected. That is the start of "skip school" cases and "more extra courses" cases.

Okay, then I should mention about the increasingly falling down of Cambodian youngster's education. Despite the high rate of graduated students, but god knows how they passed their exam.
