here are some guides:

1. determine your free time
2. determine what to study (set your priorities, what you want to improve most, second most, third most,....)
3. divide the time and decide the amount of time you want to spend on each subjects you wish to develop. (you may spend more time on your first priority than the second or third...)
4. that's it. what to study then? again, determine your weaknesses and strengths of the subjects you want to develop, and work on that. you can study whatever you think is useful for you... and look for materials and resouces...

hope that will work for you, sreymao!
