?YOUR MISSION?
We shall be born to achieve the following five missions in order to be useful and helpful to the world and ourselves and to enjoy good and long-lasting dignity among our next generation.
To Live...
We all shall wish to live in good, healthy, wealthy and happy condition. These include having freedom of expression and rights to entertain activities that we like, and that are allowed by man-made and natural laws without fears. By enjoying the above condition, at the same time we shall avoid harming the others or the environment.
To Learn...
We all were first born with a blank and clean brain. The first thing we knew about was to cry for meals. Day by day, we grow up with knowledge, we start to learn from people around us, especially from parents and relatives who often visit and play with us. Then we learn from schools for our formal education. In this regard, we should enjoy learning as much as we can. One of the first judgments on our values is based on our education. ?The more and higher our education is, the more value we have for the world?. Remember that learning does not only happen at schools, it could happen everywhere around us. We can learn from one another, from readings as well as from observing, etc.
To Love...
We need to extend our love to as many people as we can, including our families, relatives, friends, husband and wife, children and parents, etc. This also means in return we shall make other people love us, and consider us as important and meaningful to them as well. ?Let?s make friends to the world and do not make enemies?. We should even love something that we think is not meaningful to us but maybe is useful for others, love something that if we hate it, it would harm others. We should love and help protect the environment as we could help protect the world and ourselves.
To Lead...
We shall try to become leaders ?if you are not a leader then you are a follower?. This does not mean we all have to be great-top leaders who can greatly influent the world, it might be too ambitious! Whenever possible, we should do as much good things as we can so that other people will follow us. Then we can also be considered as leaders. ?Good leaders are those who can serve more people?. In the reality, there are many types of leaders who are ranked differently. It is also important when we are among those leaders to make sure that we lead the other people to the right ways, and not the wrong ways. Remember that at the time we are leaders we are also followers.
To Leave Legacy...
Our life is never permanent, and it never alert day or time as to when we are going to die. As much as we can, we should try to leave something valuable and useful for as many people as possible. It also applies to leaving something useful to families, relatives and younger generations. Legacies could include something like schools, museums, hospitals, infrastructures, valuable materials, etc. They could also include good books that we wrote, good advices or wise words that we left for people to remember and follow. ?The more legacies you leave for others the greater your life is for the world?.
