To know some english grammar

Now i study in marketing field, but i have some suspicions about english grammar. i wanna ask everybody.
1- Do we can use the word " Open" with verb to be
eg. Our Business are open from 7:00am-5:00pm. but sometime they do not need verb to be. so can we use just open without verb to be?
2- Can you find one word" deregulation"?

1- yes u r right, we can use open with to be
eg. business is open from 7 to 5. here  open is adj. it means ready for business.
we also can use open without to be
eg. business opens from 7 to 5. here open is verb. it means be ready for business.
2- deregulation means making trade, business, and other activities free from certain rules and controls.

i hope my ideas will meet ur need !
