Wanting scholarship to Australia or NZ soon ?

Hi, all

I am curious to know in which ways i have to build up or bridge to walk into becoming a scholar as soon as i can try my best.

I have imaged that i will be studying one of both countries due to my financial constraints required me to study in Phnom Penh absolutely.

Let me launch my personal background of qualification. I have dual bachelor degrees from Royal University of Law and Economics and National University of Managment, majoring in economic managmeent and accounting respectively.
I get used to take IELTS exam once while i finised general English at ACE in 2005 with banding score 5. At that time, i had just started from level 11A so that i could not understand clearly which methodologies i had to go effectively. Anyway, I was busy with my hard working i spent less time for reading, listening and barely practise writing and speaking.

Presently, i have been reinforcing my self development to a standard English level at which one of abroad universities recognises me as international student. This position is really motivated me and my family for further and brighter solution as well as my career planning effective.

What am i moving on? I need motivated from every one to be useful in my short necessary.
