For example, for 5steps forum, if someone strongly try to introduce another website which is similar to 5steps forum, is also called "spamming".

Spamming is basically any uninvited and unwelcome correspondence or communication, whether it is emails promoting viagra or posts in forums promoting external sites in an irrelevant way. Spammers do not contribute or participate, they use systems for the own ends. They can be human or automated.
