Hi RT and sis Mala,

You will not find someone who understands you, but you'll find someone who you really understand ...

Have fun,

There is also a possibility that you will find someone who understands you. But you are right that at least we should try to understand or find out about other people around us.  Cheesy

Hi Sis and Matthew,

Talking about trying to understand others is not really easy!!!!! Even sometimes, we can't understand ourselves. What do you think?

How can one understand others without starting to understand another first?

Well, yes, it is not easy to understand other people. The first factor is self-knowledge or self-understanding. Cheesy Believe it or not that when you can control or know yourself, then it is a piece of cake to understand other people. But again, this is such a complicated thing. Different people have different ideas and life principles. When you go for one person, you will find him or her different from others. Hence, the valuable asset with each of us is self-knowledge. Sometimes, trying to understand others will result in self-annoyance and disappointment. So why not try this? Self-knowledge!

Discuss more about that, shall we? Cheesy

Dearest mates, Mala Poch and Kimlong,

Self-understanding? I have never tried ... Anyway, understanding others' feeling is what I experienced. It's true that diffirent people have diffierent ideas, but the same feeling.

Try to understand someone is to try to be that someone ...

Talk more about that,

I don't know what does it mean by the word self-knowledge? Do you mean try to understand ourselves first, right? If so, yes I am sure I understand myself about 80% and the other 20% I don't know.

And for the others, I understand them 20% and 80% I don't know. This is the maximum of my understanding.

Good luck, Sis, and Bro.

Yup, that's hard, but it does't mean that we can't do it. Believe it or not, my friends! Self-knowledge means that you know your weakness and strength; what you are good and bad at. And you can also find out about your good and bad thoughts. You can do it. Find them and you will learn little by little about yourself.  Cheesy

Just some ideas.
