I think we cant esp, in writing. You're gonna lose mark on it we cant use here before article in this sentence.
Only: I am a student in here who come from province or I come from province who is a student here

No, it doesn't. You could actually say 'I, who am a student here, come from the provinces', but it's not a very natural sentence. Wink

I agree with Tdol. This sentence is grammatically correct and at the same time very formal. You'll find it strange in speaking.  Grin...only in a very formal speaking...for example, by a king.. Grin Cheesy

I think Tdol's sentence is not really correct! Is it possible to write provice with S in this circustance?

Hi...Haiyaark! Cheesy

So, it's "I, who am a student here, come from a province." What province? That's up to you.  Grin

"I who am a student come from province" is grammatically correct, but the answer is that rarely do we use adjective clauses to modify a personal pronoun. That happens mainly when we, the writers or the speakers, want to make the personal pronoun clear or to emphasize it. Wink
