Is there any problem in this sentence? but i cant answer, for my knowledge of english is limitted.. hope you guys here can help

No, it doesn't. You could actually say 'I, who am a student here, come from the provinces', but it's not a very natural sentence.  I think Tdol's sentence is not really correct! Is it possible to write provice with S in this circustance?
