Hi guys,
I have one question to ask you guys related to interview, and I do hope you will share me your great idea as well.
As you are working for a private company, you wish to apply for another job at another company with the same service and products to yours, while you are having an interview, and the interviewer asks you that "Why do you want to change your work?" So what would you say?
Your great idea will be useful and helpful definitely.
Thanks in advance!

It goes without saying, the question will be asked to all the candidate who are short-listed but the problem is how can we get the interviewer impressed and agreed to hire us?
Many reasons can be spoken up but you need to be careful and looking deeper to the benefit you can get from the post you are applying for. As many of our friends had raised earlier that one explicit reason for job switching is basically enhancing skill and personal growth, experiencing new challenge, expanding more advanced opportunity either social or educational chance etc... But do remember that, the range of expected salary will come last if you don't have your own credit yet!!! Otherwise, you will be deemed money-oriented...
One good response to this question is that you know how to prove them about your potential and experience and see if you can convince them to give you a chance to show off and act out as the asset of their company.
Nevertheless, it is always wise of you to be well-prepared and getting to know what their business or company is all about so you can understand how to handle your speak during an interview. Needless to say, they see every angle of your remarks if you are the qualified candidate who can benefit their entity. You will be in the top contender if you can prove how your experience as well as qualification can be well fit to the job posted!
Feel free to ask further if you encounter more doubts!
Good Luck! Antoneen

Job interview is a very important process in getting a job. Applicants should dress and behave professionally during interviews. Sometimes interviewers ask some broad questions such as "Tell me about yourself?" Most applicants have trouble answering the question because it's too vague and don't know what about them interviewers want to hear. Therefore, before going to interviews, applicants should do some research about duties and requirements of the job position so that they can taylor their answers about their experience and characters accordingly. Understanding the position requirements also prepare you to answer many other questions because interviewers tend to ask questions surrounding the position and applicants' past educational or work experience related to the position.
Hope you all find this a bit helpful.
