This is a conditional sentence type one which shows a simple fact of Future. I guess 'a' is more correct, for me.

- What does it mean FUTURE FACT? Is it something that 100%  happen in the coming consequence?


Now let think about the word"drugs" in the example above
If we assume that the sentence express future fact then the word drugs does carry nucleus meaning of effectiveness and perhaps with efficiency. Do you mean this way? 

On the other hand, if you think on the speaker part or speaker side, don't you think it is the speaker's conjecture, based on exerience, on the effectiveness of the drugs? or what?

ALL the problems above really concern me. I hope you would take these things into your consideration so that my doubts will be clarified either.

Personally, I think "Future Fact" isn't something of 100% at all. It's perhaps a 50-50 chance of the possibililty.

"If I take these drugs, I will recover." Let's imagine, I'm the one who says it. Of course, Mino, when I say it, it implies that the drugs are effective and I mean that the drugs can help myself recover.

Please note that the first conditional sentence means "future fact" and it means it isn't 100% effective but it's perhaps 50% or more than 50%. 

Just some ideas.

How many grammar books do I possess? Hmm...I think I have about 20 grammar books, as estimated, but if you ask me if I have put all my efforts into learning each, my answer is 'not really'. What are they? I can't recall all the names of the books I have right now but I will record all the names and send an email about them to you.
