Hey jupiter,
Welcome to the website, and it is great that you are getting involved in the discussion board and sharing ideas and information with other students who are learning English.
It is a fantastic response to this website and thank you to all students of English who are using
www.5steps2ielts.com to help them improve their English skills. Of course for us to help you more, it would be brilliant if you could post your ideas or reply to other ideas by using the discussion forums as jupiter has suggested. The discussion forum is for you to ask any question you want answered about your English language learning, and the teaching team at 5steps2ielts.com is very experienced and will offer any advice by answering your posting/question.
I know that posting is difficult to do :? , and we are working hard to try to make it easier for people. However, for some basic information on how to get involved and join in the discussions by asking or answering questions yourself by POSTING. Look under the ANNOUNCEMENTS in the discussion forum main page, and you will find a topic of HOW TO POST, here you will find a step by step guide of how to use this online resource better.
There is also the live online teaching chat, which takes place in the 5steps2ielts chatroom every Saturday and Sunday, 1pm-3pm, with me, Paul Brown (MA CELTA) and all members are invited to join the chatroom at this time to have a live chat with me and the other 5 steps members.
The live teaching chat started last weekend and was a great success, so thanks to everyone for that and those members that chatted with me, I hope you found some of the advice useful.
The team at 5steps hope to offer you support in your English language learning and knowing HOW TO POST, gives you the option of sharing your ideas, answer questions and even ask your own questions yourself about learning English in the discussion forum.
Thanks so much for everyone who is getting involved already, and I hope that more members come forward to share their ideas and express their views! The forum is by teachers, but it is for the students. So I encourage you to use it the best way that you can.
I am very very happy with the response from our members and I hope that all members can get involved in the website directly by using the discussion forum and joining the chatroom!
Hope to see some more of you posting topics and questions and look forward to chatting with some of you on the weekend in the live teaching chatroom.
have fun,
Paul
