Why reading is difficult?????????????

I am the person who has problem with reading. When I read the book, I feel sleepy and headche. I had tried to follow some of your advice to select the book which I prefer; however, it didn't work with me. When I read the simple one, it made me feel bored. The most difficult thing for me when I face with reading, is vocabulary and scaning the meaning. It is hard to sum up the meaning of the text.
Could anyone help me to slove this problem?
