Why still I'm not be flexible to find the main idea after reading?

I wonder if you could solve me my problem!
After I read one article, I find it difficult to get the main idea and I spend along time to get it ,but it still is'nt clear and meaningful.

So how could I find the way to be easily understanding the idea?

Reading is one of the most difficult subjects in English a lot of people find it difficult to understand the topic not just only u. The best way to improve your Reading skill is: Firstly, the first thing you have to do is read the title of the topic then guest what you going to read. Afterthat as quickly as you can it call (SKIMMING) because it can help you to get the general ideas and then when you finish skimming you have to read again this time reading one by one and collect some main points from the article and also underline the key words, For example the years, names, places this things can help you to answer the questions easily. This second way call (SCANNING). Don't be so nervous to yourself practice this things it can help you keep doing this.
